Nan is the recipient of multiple Earphones Awards.  Her narration was included in the “Best Audiobooks of 2022″ and “Best Audiobooks of 2016” for T.C. Boyle’s “I Walk Between The Raindrops” and “Mister Monkey” by Francine Prose, respectively.  She was also named a 2018 ABR Finalist. She has narrated over 200 audiobooks. Her 20 plus years as a professional actress on stage, television and film translate into audiobook storytelling that is “richly observed,” “heartbreaking” and enables her to “smoothly shift to whatever character, time, or emotion she is portraying.”

Nan is also the recipient of Los Angeles Drama Critics Award and LA Weekly Award for her performance on stage as Vivian Bearing in WIT by Margaret Edson, and the Stage Raw Award and Robby Award as well as Ovation nomination and Los Angeles Drama Critics Award nomination for her role as Dr. Katherine Brandt in 33 VARIATIONS by Moisés Kaufman.

Among Nan’s many appearances in front of the camera, she has enjoyed sparring with Rob Lowe on 911: LONESTAR, trying to convince Alex O’Laughlin of her innocence on HAWAII FIVE-0 (guilty), recurring as Brenda Powers on SWITCHED AT BIRTH and working with Emmy-winner Tony Hale on the feature NOT THAT FUNNY.

In addition to her work in audiobooks, she has recorded radio/television commercials, video games and network promos too numerous to list. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, Nan received a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre with Honors from St. Cloud State University.
